- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Ramos has the worst bedside manner I have ever been subjected to. I took my 2 year old daughter to Urgent Care because she had a high fever and chronic congestion. Dr. Ramos heard me tell the nurse that my daughter had been congested for a year and each time I bring her in, it is dismissed at a cold. No other testing is ever done and that I didnt think it was normal for her to be congested 365 days a year and randomly spike fevers a few times a month with no other symptoms. I am desperate for answers. Im exhausted, and worried. Dr. Ramos took my comments as speaking badly about the physicians. He came in to the room and immediately spouted off very rude, sarcastic nonsense. He reviewed her history and made nasty comments to combat what I had said for each visit. Finally I was tired of being attacked and got up to leave. By this point, I had tears streaming down my face as did my daughter. He replied as I was walking out, "Im jist trying to take you seriously. Thats what you want, right?" I have never been more humiliated in my life. Sadly, even with making a complaint, I doubt he will face any consequences for his actions.March 06, 2017by Michelle O'Kelly
