- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a Kaiser member 40+ years. Recently my son had a problem and we went to the ER. The ER waiting room was littered with trash, and it looked like no one had been through there all night. Hospitals are supposed to be clean, throughout. When we got to the room, it was the same. Not sure I am happy with the condition of the ER based on the amount I pay every pay check for coverage. Its open enrollment, I might look elsewhere, not sure this is what I want in my healthcare provider.October 23, 2017by Steven Weatherbie

- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Many will complain, but I don't care what insurance you have or what facility you go to, bottom line is somebody's gonna have a horror story about it.
